Ivy has created a distinct team in an attempt to provide a comprehensive approach to portfolio administration. This approach offers two major advantages: it allows the portfolio managers to focus primarily on portfolio performance and aims to provide an unbiased approach to the fund administration oversight process.

The Portfolio Administration Group focuses on cash flow management by tracking manager additions and withdrawals and working closely with fund accounting and treasury to communicate both planned and processed cash flow activity. In addition, the group conducts an array of investment operations activities and offers general administrative support in producing business reports for the Investments Division.
