We encourage close interaction and prompt communication with clients, resulting
in a high level of service for both our institutional and high net worth
clientele. Fast and thoughtful responsiveness to client needs throughout the
investment and reporting processes are trademarks of our client service

Our approach to client service emphasizes a unique combination of financial
reports and advisory services backed by teamwork and access to the various
departments of the firm – from the investments division to the financial and
administrative groups. Clients are offered a clear perspective into Ivy’s
inner-workings while at the same time gaining access to investment insights and
thought-leadership platforms.
In meeting the varying educational and servicing needs of individual and
institutional clients, our Client Development Group has personnel dedicated
exclusively to each type of client. Regardless of whether or not clients take
advantage of Ivy's multi-manager fund products or the firm’s experience in
building and managing customized portfolios, they can expect a firm-wide
commitment to superior service. As client advocates, we take special care in
not only assisting a client during portfolio construction but throughout the
ongoing monitoring and re-balancing process.
Client reports take into account various requirements including such issues as
tax concerns, regulatory mandates and transparency needs. Unaudited quarterly
statements and management letters, and annual audited financial statements, are
a standard of our service.
